AAA Return Policy

ALL returned items must be returned with an AAA RMA. Requests for an RMA shall be
requested in writing and will be issued subject to the following conditions:

1. Items must be neither used nor installed and returned with their original
   packaging and cartons, in commercially acceptable re-sellable condition.
2. Returns made within 30 days of purchase will incur a 10% restocking fee.
3. Returns made between 30 and 60 days of purchase will incur a 25%
   restocking fee.
4. Any outbound freight charges incurred by AAA on returned items will be
   recovered in addition to the restocking fees.
5. Items not eligible for return to AAA include:
   1. Items that have been installed, and/or missing parts
   2. Items that were not used for their intended purpose as designed by the manufacturer
   3. Items that have been damaged by improper installation or improper attachments
   4. Items that have been altered or modified
   5. Items on invoices that are over 60 days old

Any item that is returned without an AAA RMA or does not meet the criteria for eligible
items to be returned, will be returned without credit being issued.
